Sapeum has launched an official Zapier integration, built on the Sapeum API. It connects Sapeum to over 2,000 web services, so teams can move text between their tools and Sapeum automatically, routing Zendesk support tickets in for analysis, for instance, without writing any code.

A Zap is just a trigger and an action: something happens in one app, and Sapeum responds. Once it is set up it runs on its own, which is what turns Sapeum into a central place to store and analyze text data arriving from everywhere else.

The integration is available on Team and Enterprise plans.

Getting started with Zapier

  1. Sign up for a free Zapier account
  2. Open "My Apps" from the menu
  3. Choose "Connect a new account..." and search for "Sapeum"
  4. Authenticate with your Sapeum credentials
  5. Build from a pre-made Zap or create your own workflow
  6. Browse the Sapeum page on Zapier for what else is possible
  • Pulling support tickets and feature requests in from Gmail or Zendesk
  • Archiving sales call notes from HubSpot and similar CRMs
  • Creating Sapeum tasks from Slack messages
  • Importing articles from RSS feeds as documents
  • Sending arbitrary data across with a Zapier Webhook

The pattern worth noticing: the useful material is usually already being written down somewhere, just scattered across the tools where it happened. Getting it into one place is what makes it analyzable.

Sapeum turns the knowledge scattered across your notes, tools and conversations into processes you can see, improve and keep current. Try Sapeum.
