What is the free "Explore" plan?
In the free "Explore" plan, you have access to the curated team and research repository known as the Sapeum Innovation Community. This is a growing collection of research and articles maintained by Sapeum experts and our network, using only the most trustworthy, evidenced sources and covering topics in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. You can always suggest new content to add here!
You can use the full array of Sapeum's analysis (aka "Digests") to pull incredible insights out of the Sapeum Innovation Community data, however you cannot create any of your own documents or notes in this free plan.
What is Sapeum's cancellation policy?
Users may cancel, downgrade, or stop using a plan at any time. Cancellations take effect at the next renewal date. Until that date, your account will still have access to the features of your plan, but after the renewal date, you will lose access to these features.
Downgrades and upgrades are effective immediately, and you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining time until the renewal date.
How does the Analysis-as-a-Service work?
Team and Enterprise plans have access to Sapeum's Analysis-as-a-Service, where our experts tag your documents, ready for your to quickly pull insights out of them through the Sapeum software interface. This service is billed per minute, starting at $0.60 per minute, though custom analyses and pricing are possible for Enterprise customers.
What is a data graph?
With Team and Enterprise plans, Sapeum has the ability to interconnect all your documents together, like a next-gen Wikipedia. What's more, you can also add your product's features, your customers' needs, your OKRs, and more, and connect all of these to your documents fluidly, and then perform analysis based on them. This advanced "graph-like" functionality also enables new functionality in the Editor, such as discovering sentences (from old documents) that are similar to the last 1-2 sentences you just typed.
